On Monday, January 27th 2020, you can find our CEO, Lars Priess on the front cover of the American food magazine "Food & Beverage Technology Review". With focus on DSI Freezing Solutions and the plate freezing technology, the January issue features a four page long interview with Lars Priess as well as the front cover page about DSI and our plate freezing solutions.

The magazine is published both digitally and in a printed version, which is distributed to all visitors at the upcoming American exhibition "IPPE", where DSI showcase in the period 28-30th of January 2020.
