From semi-automatic robots to fully automatic solutions, DSI offers different types of industrial robots for handling of frozen blocks of fish, meat, fruit, liquid or pet food. Kawasaki or ABB robots handles 1-3 freezing stations at the time and can place different numbers of layers on the pallets in different patterns. We advise that you choose an equal number of layers. The robot does around 4-6 pickups pr. minute.

The construction of floor support is stainless steel AISI304, while the robot tools are made of aluminium. Equipped with a protective cover to protect the robot arm from the external environment and from water splashing in wet areas. Surrounded by a fence to ensure a safe working environment for operators. The robot can be programmed to place folio interleave in between each layer and add foam top sheet or to sort metal rejected blocks into bins.
