Our vertical freezers are particularly designed to freeze blocks of fish, shellfish, meat and poultry, vegetables, fruits, liquids, bi-products, offal for pet food etc. Plate freezers are ideal for freezing large amounts of food very fast. Optimal hygiene is ensured using stainless-steel equipment of a globally approved quality.
Our V3-7 series features extra strong, hot-dip galvanized frames manufactured in closed profiles for maximum strength and easy cleaning. Forks are covered with PEHD or aluminum and feature very strong, extruded aluminum plates, including dents for block dividers.
These products also include flexible PTFE hoses with stainless steel armoring that are individually pressure-tested. They can be operated both manually and automatically. We use leak-free hose connections without a need for gaskets.
The plate channels have a special design for various types of products and the largest plate size on the market, allowing for volume reduction and efficient storage. We use only a “single pass” of refrigerant in the plates, providing the best heat transfer possible compared to other plate freezers on the market that use “double pass”. We apply the highest plate pressure on the market and our plates are fully welded for the best possible product contact.
All parts that come into direct contact with food for humans have been globally approved for such use. We use extruded, sea-water resistant aluminum alloy approved for contact with human food.
The V3-7 series is easy to clean as the front bar can be tipped or an extra fork lift can be added. Sealed connections and an ergonomic design, which has the correct working height for filling and emptying the freezers, are other important features. The products incur very low maintenance costs.
All products within this series feature ergonomic handling systems and automated robot handling and block palletizing systems. In addition to saving man-hours, they are also extremely space-saving.

This system has been developed for precise measuring of the core temperature of all food, liquids and other fluids. Easily mounted inside our vertical freezers to guarantee a precise core temperature, the CorePoint sensor ensures full control of correct core temperature, freezing time, product quality and energy consumption, as well as lower CO2 emission levels and an increased freezer capacity.
