Service agreements

Depending on your needs, we have three types of service agreements:

With an All-inclusive agreement, you are guaranteed a fixed price on maintenance costs and preventive maintenance, which will minimize the risk of unplanned downtime. Our Plus Agreement provides you a fixed price on service and man-hours but does not include costs for spare parts. Last but not least, our Economy agreement ensures a regularly maintenance visit to ensure operational reliability.

Training and courses

To ensure the best and smoothest operation, we offer training sessions for operators and site technicians. We can help your staff define work procedures for operation and maintenance of freezer and handling equipment.
